Wow. I remember when the alternate versions of YHF were released. It seemed like there were at least 2 or 3 versions of many songs floating around. I never heard this one, and I absolutely dig it. One of the best things about Wilco is that they might play any of their songs in 1 to 4 or 5 ways, depending on their mood and what they want the fans to experience. Greatness.
Petition for the band to play this version live on the current tour. Wow!

It's so nice to stumble upon a "new" version of greatness... Because well, it's great! The guitar, (stress the first syllable) and the drum smacks, and the vocal... And that's everything.

After serendipitously coming across a headline mentioning this version of Kamera being published today (6/22/22), my first thought was: oh, man...I need a speaker (to my ear). I was expecting a barrage of instruments and alienesque sounds to weave in and out, given the "... of everything" nomenclature. Regardless, one could argue that this version contains sonic resemblance to Wilco, Jeff Tweedy, Jay Bennett and Badfinger, melded into one as the universe demanded at that singular moment. Then, following serendipity one step further into the rabbit hole, I found this gem:
