The sound Marc Bolan got out of his Les Paul is instantly recognizable and it has never been replicated! His lead riffs have an amazing tonality that defies description. Add his breathy, intermittentallv vibrato vocals and have a rock star that chicks, dudes and everyone in between creams over! To me, his lyrics on "Shock Rock"spell it out..."if you know how to rock, you don't have to shock".
It says "General Release". I took that to mean it would be in cinemas but I Googled and it says it's on CZcams and Amazon Prime. Maybe if you looked on Google instead of whining you would have seen that...genius!
Where, just WHERE can I get to see this documentary?? Dogwoof won't deliver it to Australia, none of the streaming platforms seem to carry it. Dying to watch it!!
A great musician, but this lot; U2, Nick Cave, etc, show their limitations and flatness, so bland. Lacking the power and awesomeness of Bolan. Still watchable.
This is going to be a schmaltzy love fest. Awful. The best documentaries are made 10-20 or so years after their subject has died, when people are still bitter and truthful.
