I know this TV show from my childhood in East Germany
The message ... improvising is everything (with a heart)
God save the Czech people (and the Slovaks :)
And ... the West Germans who supported this show back then.!
That was Prague Spring (Pražské jaroin) in its purest form.
Western TV (BRD) and eastern TV (ČST) work togehter.
