bro is 11 and incline benches my max on the bench when I was probably 15.5 years absolutely amazing. He will soon just breeze into my level and out in only months like a demon. I am excited for the future of this kid how strong he will be as an adult maybe he will be just as strong as Eddie or even strong no one knows as long as he consistent and eats alot
This is good time to spend with your kids. The actual time to pay attention to gains and strength is around age 13-14 when the hormones actually kick in. Until then it's just all fun and games.

Seeing the weights get dropped like that makes my guts turn. I have never had the need to just drop a weight and every gym where I’ve trained, you’d get thrown out for that. I understand that CrossFit gyms are ok with it, never been in one. I just have to ask why is this necessary?
Because you can fatigue or even injure your back bringing it down slowly, gyms that dont allow droping weight do not understand its actually dangerous to hold it
@@lexolus1308 The resistance while lowering the weight was an important part of the training, however, as a guy with two spine surgeries and chronic pain, I see your point.
@@justplinkin4809 you'll see a lot of Olympic lifters do it for snatch and clean and jerk, at some point it just becomes too dangerous to hold it coming back down
@@justplinkin4809 In olympic lifts like clean and jerk, which are very technical lifts, you can practice the movement pattern more often if you drop the weight due to not getting fatigued by the escentric. If you're really strong in these lifts it might also be dangerous because you're getting the weight above your head explosively, lowering it slowly could lead to injuries.
@@luxeayt6694 I see your point but other than high school I have never seen anyone training for Olympic style lifts. Heck most commercial chain gyms don’t even allow chalk because it upsets the, as Arnold used to say, the ‘girly men’ and the women who aren’t anywhere near where chalk is being used, but chalk is bad.

It’s a clean u don’t control the eccentric
Wasn't 60kg/132lb your max bench?
Its inclined, 60 is on flat bench, you tend to lift 20-30% less on incline couse of the angle so its pretty impresive
