For those who are saying the enforcers should stop talking and just tow it away, it's impossible.
They cannot tow the vehicle while the driver is standing on the tow bar.
That's why they called for the Barangay and Police.
You can check my Facebook page to see photos of the driver standing on the tow bar.

This is one of the biggest problems in the Philippines, people insisting they have "a right" to this or that. The mythological "false sense of entitlement". Nothing will ever change in this country until the people are made to understand that driving, and everything that comes with it, is a PRIVILEGE NOT A RIGHT. As such, driving has responsibilities! Like parking responsibly! I couldn't believe this woman said that nobody informed her about what a sidewalk is!?!?! Are you serious? Stop whining and take responsibility for your actions. In short youre asking nalang na gibain natin buong manila ulitin lahat. Believe it or not kami may parking space na. Naghahanap pa kami extra lote. Sobra mamahal tapos anlalayo pa. Wala gusto magbenta dahil kelangan din nila and guess what for. Parking. And 1 family lang kami imagine millions to. Ignorance of the law excuses no man or woman. Kung lahat makakalusot sa excuse na "hindi po ako aware sa law na yan", then wala sana naka-kulong ngayon kasi everyone can just claim that they have no knowledge of the law, or at least try to ignore it to escape penalties or even jail time. Filipinos logic minsan is talagang nakaka-dissapoint, na pa face palm talaga ko nung sinabi ni Maam na na saan ang side walk and paano malalaman kung side walk, e kahit nga pamangkin ko na 3 years old alam kung saan at ano itsura ng side walk.

Isn't it common sense to not park on a sidewalk? I have done this before and got ticketed and the vehicle also got towed. I asked for a warning but they did not give me one but that was okay with me because I did something I was not supposed to. How can you be so arrogant to ask or request something in an argumentative way? If you are risking something then you have to accept the consequences of your actions. Laws are there for a reason and that is what makes a society.
