Wow,I didn't know that his body was brought back home to Anderson. My brother, uncle and grandfather are also there at forest lawn memorial. My dad owns 5 more plots there near Mr. Boseman. Jordan you have done a great job showcasing Anderson, until you showed the courthouse I didn't recognize it. Looks so beautiful. My dad still resides there. Rip Chadwick, you will always be our black panther
In the lawsuit, she clearly stated that mausoleum crypts she paid for were here at this cemetery, and that she was getting reimbursed for.. after I filmed this, I did go in and ask about his Burial and was told "the family has asked us not to share that information.."

My cousin was a year older than him, they both went to Hanna high at the same time. There has been lots of speculation. One was he was not here at all, that Taylor has his ashes until they build a memorial for the fans to peacefully visit. I remember RIGHT after he passed I was devastated cuz he’s our son and brother here, and so many people kept coming here trying to find him it got a bit overwhelming so now things have calmed down perhaps there will be some clarity. FUN FACT(for those who don’t know): Robert “Radio” Kennedy(Played by Cuba Gooding Jr on film) is also from here and buried right at Forest Lawn ❤ Hanna High is featured in the movie. 🎉

I remember the shock of his illness, and sadly when he passed he didn’t really get the sunset he deserved because of all that was going on at the time. But what a Legacy he created and left! I loved all of his movies, especially Black Panther and Get On Up. I need to watch 42 again. I hope he’s forever resting in peace wherever he may be. ❤
There’s two moving and inspirational speeches that he made that can be found on CZcams. One is a commencement speech at Howard University in 2018 and the other honoring Denzel Washington in 2019. Those two speeches in my opinion defined the type of person he was. Kind hearted, thoughtful and a generous spirit.

My husband and I are big marvel fans and when he passed it was just shocking. I still miss him. He made a difference in the world and I wish he didn't pass so young.
Jackie Robinson is one of my heroes and I remember being super excited for 42 coming out. My local library had a showing of it in the middle of the day in 2014. I was the youngest person there. I was just encapsulated by Chadwick from the second he was on the screen. There was just immediately something about him that was beyond special. He became my favorite actor that day. Then Get On Up came out, I was blossoming into a James Brown fan because of Michael Jackson at that time and again, he just became the role. After that, I didn’t miss a single Chadwick film when it came out. When he died, I spent the entire night weeping, it just hit me hard. RIP Chadwick
