FYI, the longer waking animation if you wait till the end thing was removed ~2 years ago. So now it's often in your best interest to wake them ASAP if your teammates can't help so they don't get cooldowns back.

The third one-it depends entirely on the team comp of your team and the enemy team. It isn’t a bad idea to nano a rein, say as a tempo nano. But you can also nano a genji for tempo nano much more effectively, a nanoed genji can do massive damage. You wouldn’t really nano a ball or a dva unless you are trying to save them. But some tanks, like rein or Winston, should be nanoed most of the time, you’re right on that front.
anas hip fire is actually slower than her scoped because the bullet travels as a projectile. yes it might be faster to fire, but a scoped shot fired at the same will reach faster than a hip fire shot. it’s fastest to quick scope with ana

back when i used to main roadhog, i would always get nannoed by ana. it was the most stressful "oh shit time to go" moment ever, but it always ended out fine because of the tanks' huge HP pools. i can't imagine how that would go with a scrawny junkrat. the purpose of tanks is to push the team forward and absorb the shots, so it only makes sense to use your ult on them, in my opinion.
Nano on a dps can work completely fine and often better than a tank, but this is if the dps Player is at least decent and READY for the nano, communication is key in that regard

There's multiple things wrong in this video. First of all, the longer wake up animation hasn't been in the game for years. Second, the healing is not faster scoped vs unscoped. It's the exact same fire rate. The only difference is scoped makes the shots hitscan. Quick scoping is the most effective way to heal to be as Accurate as possible while still being able to move and not being a sitting duck for the Hanzo or widow dinging your head.

Scoping limits your vision and still makes you more vulnerable though
