Hi, fantastic looking thali, don't throw karela chilka full of vitamins and minerals main medicine for good health is in chilka, she can make masala bhakri, thepla or muthiya make sabji with besan from chilka add salt and water to remove bitterness from chilka, when ever she cuts vegetable tell her too use big thali to collect all waste in it, so the floor will not get dirty and less work for her. 🤔👌💗
