Absolutely hate the art on the walls !!! Looks cheap. Probably isn’t but looks like it and all the yellow just doesn’t work with that texture is just gross. But other than that it’s a gorgeous home
Nice house but overpriced. Rather wait for a housing crash to purchase way cheaper. Otherwise, you will be under water if you buy now cash or with a conventional mortgage.
Why do builders these days put in such tiny pools for such big expensive homes? Also trending are narrow, single door entry way in the front of the homes..hate that so much about the design styles these days .. so many builders do this.
These are just model homes if you wanted to build in this community you would have to choose your pool separately. Thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴
One thing I don’t like on any home is when the door entrance is tucked away. I’m afraid someone could be waiting in that small space. I want to see my front door
Way too expensive
Bad distribution, old school windows and bedrooms, ugly papered-walls and bathrooms. Too much money for an almost $1,5 million dollar home. Bedrooms are regular, don't look spacious. The house looks bright. It's cluttered with a lot of things on walls and throughout the space.
