1.should I legalize my educational degree from embassy of purtagal Pakistan or not. Or from Mofa & HEC it is sufficient.

What if.. family is already inside the Portugal... morever she is housewife,, what's process of file process..is it collective one family file or each file for each family member
If husband get Residence Card they can process for wife/children as dependent and you only need appointment on phone from SEF and you do not need to lock file.
If husband and wife both got the job then of course both's files will be locked online.

Aap ne yahan immigration mein appointment leni hoti hai aur finger de kr card ajata hai, ab depend kre ga apko appointment kab milti hai, 6 mah ke around lag hi jata hai time process krte krte yahan.

Actually Embassy ki official website pr hai ke woh 90 Days se purane documents jo MoFA se attest hue hon woh accept nahi kre gi, except Educational documents.

IRS does not make any big difference, it mostly depend on the last 3 to 6 months income being generated by the applicant.
1 Adult 50% of the basic salary
1 Child 30% of the basic salary

Phr document submit kr ke approval letter 1 mah se 3 mah ke andr ajata hai, in some cases it took more than 6 months.
Phr Pakistan mein Appointment Portugal Embassy mein 1 se 2 mah.
After submitting visa file Visas within 1 to 3 weeks. You are done

No, he does not need to apply in SEF, he will take directly appointment from Portugal Embassy in Islamabad
