- Depending on how you tweak the settings, this game can run really well on the ally, even at lower tdp. Check out this benchmark video coming what it can handle at 10,15 and finally 30 watts.

Sorry if the audio is weird at parts, it was raining heavily during my recording but the software did a pretty good job of getting rid of it, just made my voice echoey at times. Anyway, let me know what other games you'd like to see tested on this bad boy!
im trying to play fortnite on my rog ally, but everytime im in the main menu, the controls arent detected.

Switch much more stable 30fps 720p handheld around 10watt. I'm playing 275 hours Fortnite on my Switch Lite. So good, easily got 5 - 7 elimination per game with gyro aiming in zero build ❤
Not even a remotely similar experience. But if you enjoy it on switch, no reason to change ✌️

Xbox Series X 120FPS & 1080P /60FPS & 4K 200Watt 🤣👍 Switch 30FPS😂🤣 auf der Switch ist es auch unspielbar, habe selbst dieses Kinder Spielzeug von Nintendo aber es ist noch mehr Schrott als auf dem Ally und nur für Diashows und Mario Bros oder Tetris brauchbar. Es läuft "besser" auf dem Ally als auf dem Kindertablet Nintendo Switch.

Yup! 10 and 15 watt will see no difference plugged in or not. I usually play a round or two before bed, medium settings 720p and get between 80-120 fps.

Fortnite läuft echt Scheisse auf dem Ally, habe etliche Einstellungen durch getestet aber es ruckelt wie verrückt und ist unspielbar. Vielleicht schafft Epic noch eine Anpassung mit Update und Asus und Windows
ive been having to play in desktop mode.. had to map all the fortnite keybinds in the armoury crate (Desktop mode) was soo annoying.. took forever to keybind.. and still not the best but it works for now.. im also having issues playing on controller on PC.. ive been playing mouse and keyboard on fortnite for years so idk.. epic games is not like steam tho.. steam runs controller games much seamlessly. if only fortnite had a setting to switch from mouse to controller. NOTE. ive tried launching epic games launcher with steam and still dont work.. anyone have other ideas i could try?
It worked perfectly fine with my ally no key binding needed, the only issue I'm having binding a key to toggle voice chat, any recommendations pls

Cant get embedded controller to work or even external controller with Fortnite and ROG Ally, any suggestions?
Do you have it set to controller mode in the overlay software ?
I have tried controller, auto and funny enough desktop mode sort of works , but not properly. Had this issue from the day I bought my unit back in July. Firmware etc and Armor Crate are all up to date@@ancientflames
