INGREDIENTS:-
5 big size Lemon
4 medium carrot
250 gms green chilli
2 raw mango
Masala:-
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp methi
2 tsp carom seeds
1tbsp fennel seeds
2 tbs yellow mustard seeds
2 tbs Kashmirilal powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kalonji
salt as per taste
mustard oil 500gms
¼ tsp hing
