You should show the garages and their entrances into the house in your videos. Also a quick walk around the house outside showing the yards and sides, giving a Complete tour so that there isn't any unanswered questions for your potential customers.

Thanks Greenprix63. This is a model home, so the garage has been converted into a builders office. It will be converted back when the home sells and passes to a new owner. I'll try to add more outside footage in future vids, thanks for the tip!

@@WhereToLiveInAustin I realize this was 2 years ago, but do you have the link to the new outside footage? I am interested in the garage as well. If you have the floor plan, that would be fine too.

@@brittoncoil2518 28 miles used to be my commute from Santa Clarita to Westwood when I was in school. Used to take me 30 minutes tops at least back than. To downtown LA it's 34 miles but yes, going there with traffic it's pretty bad. You are right tho about the Austin distance it's only 20 miles but with traffic in these days in Austin it's probably 45 minutes. Hi marxg4, thanks for commenting. With model homes, many builders will put cameras in the rooms for liability reasons. They will also remove many of the doors (same reason). They use the model to sell homes in the neighborhood, when it's finally sold and passed to the new owners (usually at the end of the neighborhood build out), the builder removes cameras, adds doors and converts the builders office back into a garage.
