    I stumbled across your video today and I got so excited I ran through the kitchen saying “ thank you- thank you” lol 😀. I watched your tv show everyday when it came on. I am thrilled to see you back in the kitchen. I know these videos are older now but it’s don’t matter to me. I love you cooking. Wish I was at your table. Mrs Lidia always looks so elegant even when cooking.

    It doesn't matter what race u r or where u were born or country u visited. Most of us like cooking different dishes. Its not a competition. We grew up there, lived there. Most of us are family. Then we like to celebrate with the different food we have learned to make. Peace n enjoy our meal ❤

      I don't know why they can't answer your question, as it happens to me alot.......I would say that capers would be just fine as I really like them in most of my chicken recipies......This video is old, but I thought I would answer it anyway.......Have a nice day.....

    Why do so many people remove potato skins? They taste almost like nothing. Its a great source of fiber too. Its a texture thing?

    Lidia, I couldn’t believe that you cooked so few potatoes, they are my son’s absolute favorite food, and at holiday dinners I peel and cook 8-10 pounds of them, and since he is vegan I/we have to add vegan butter to his, no cream, while the rest of us get to add butter and cream to ours, and, he gets half, the rest of us (4 others) get the other half. Should there be leftovers and if he accidentally eats the loaded mashed potatoes, he doesn’t
    mind too much, but with any other food, he does get a little ticked.

    The Italians always seem to have a bit of French bitterness. It is on display here. I guess I would be a bit bitter if my national cuisine is made up of 90% NOODLES.
