If you are doing it then do it with a medical support team. We did Leh with ard 50bikes and few 1st timers were also there. Don't remember the exact count but more than 5 were admitted in hospital due to ams. I have done twice the complete circuit and felt comfortable but you never know for whom it will get worse. My brother friend got hit by ams in tabo (very rarely you would have heard abt ams in spiti and that too tabo), it was in the afternoon ard 1pm and we literally couldn't do anything inspite of trying all possible options. We ready to spend for airlift also but wasn't possible at that time. They changed 3 ambulance driving full night with oxygen support to reckong people hospital to save him. It's not that he was not in good health (regular badminton player, trekking and his childhood was in manali), you never know who will get affected. Since you have already announced I don't think you will go back on this but try to avoid 1st timers or atleast new Riders and medical backup support. All the best bro 🙏

@@ArunEnnumNaan only route i will be concerned in the aagham shyok route. It is one of the toughest routes ive even ridden through, not sure if it has gotten better now, i did it in 2010. Keep a back up day if that route is closed as you might have to either back track to Leh and then do Changla-Pangong or do the Wari la pass and skip Leh. Agham Shyok and wari la are both difficult if you have new riders in the group. Enjoy the ride, i will join a winter spiti or a sikkim ride if planned.
