    It still looks tough though. In Jamaica it's made different, when you eat eat it you don't want it to finish.

      As you start to cook your cow leg or any other tough meat, just add a few drops and that is all. You can also use the water and cook oil bean, if you are from Nigeria you will understand what I meant.

      Sorry dear, I don't know another name for this. But if you are from Nigeria, you can make it yourself.
      It's an ash that was made from palm fruit stack🌴. Then after making the ash, you add it water and sieve it. You use the water to cook it. You can use potash in place of it.
