Being the Knicks signed Payne, do the Knicks do Deuce, Sims and Achiewa (sign and trade for about 9 to 11 mil per) for Capella and have Payne be the backup PG?
Knicks not getting a veteran center via trade it's not happening without giving up players and picks their no tanking teams doing that besides the nets so Knicks don't got much wiggle room
I think it’d make more sense to just keep deuce, bring back precious and finally start to embrace small ball. Unless they’re going up against embiid, jokic, AD, or Wemby I think their best closing lineup is pretty clearly JB, bridges, hart, randle and OG at the 5. Adding capela or any of the other bigs they’ve been linked to isn’t going to change that
@@TheShachattack13 Thibs wants 24/7 rim protection, Deuce is getting traded for a C, that is why they brought in Payne.
@@anthonydecesare3170 og is a really good rim protecter. Players last year shot 58% on shots within 6ft of the basket when og was the closest defender- tied with bam adebayo and poeltl and better than capela. The knicks could definitely use og on defense similarly to how GS uses draymond in most matchups, which would open up a ton for them in terms of lineup flexibility
@@TheShachattack13 If knicks were so willing to play OG at C OR let Sims be the backup C, then why they scouring the entire league for a backup C or a C that can start and let mitch rob come off the bench?

This man hasn't watched Knicks basketball in 2 years. Randle was not playing the perimeter and hasn't displayed a poor attitude in well over a year, maybe 2. This guy just reads clickbait headlines. Run it back with Randle!
