Your room looks amazing I have so many great ideas to draw from! I found an amazing way to organize my ribbon. I have to share. I wrap the ribbon flat around 3 finger width, then bow tie the center to outer edge with thin crafters twine. I have red and white twine I use for all my ribbons. Then I stack the ribbons side by side, in a shallow covered bin. I sort by color for large ribbon and I put all my small trim in another. It’s a great space saver, and I can see all my different ribbons. I’m a bit of a ribbon collector. The covered bins are from dollar store. I don’t know if you have that much ribbon ha, but that’s what I did 😉 I did the same with all my laces

Yes you got it👍 and it takes so little space. I like to compact as much as I can. To make room for more storage or stuff to buy ha. I’m still trying to compact stuff. But plastic envelopes are wonderful! I just got some and big difference in my storage space. I put premade tags in some. Paper sets. Metallic paper. Acetate. Paper dividers work too. I get them at dollar store. You seem to have already figured it out. So that’s great ! I cut off all the ends of my sticker packs and put them in a drawer sideways so they fit. I don’t think you have a sticker addiction like me ha but you got it all under control. The file box system is great idea. Anyhow. This was a great watch. Enjoy your new craft room and space. And keep updating us if you have any more great ideas for storage!❤

I just came across your video on CZcams. And checked out your videos. I was drawn to the organized craft room! It looks great! I was drawn in. 😀As I am also in process of fine tuning the organization of my craft room. It never ends. 😊 I love the dollar store cd holder for all my paper clips and I have so many jars of charms. It would be nice to clean it up. And the tiny drawers for organizing ephemera is a great idea too. And I love the huge grey square bins. I need to get bigger bins for my material. My craft room has been a work in process. And I totally get it. I’m just finally getting to a point where I feel comfortable or relaxed when I come in my room instead of resenting the mess and wondering where do I start and what do I do lol. But I got ideas from other craft room organizers and one step at a time. I’m still finding new ideas. Im definitely not alone in trying to figure out how to make this work or happen. And it happens. Just patience and determination and focus. That’s how I get my crafts done too ha. But your room looks great! I’m motivated to organize my desk now 😊oh and you can store books under your desk. Get a little short bookshelf from your local thrift store and make sure it fits. Under your desk. It’s perfect for hiding and using that space. I have a tape measure in my purse all the time for these kinds of projects ha

Stick a large flat plywood or large embroidered tablecloth,or a baby mattress fitted sheet over the lower bookshelf, under your desk, for protection of little kids hands getting into it. It’s an 💡 idea. I’m just thinking. Take it or leave it. No worries ha

Like me, you are spending your time curating your craft supplies collection instead of creating. Not that finding storage solutions isn't creative. Most of my tools and supplies have been collected at thrift stores, which makes storage harder, as I always have miscellaneous items to put away, so have to get out the right boxes, containers, etc., to put them in.
For labels on your bins, how about index cards clipped with binder clips? You can get binder clips in black or brass color. I used big binder brass clips for pulls on my window shades. It's funny -- I have a chest of drawers almost like yours in my craft room. Same color and size. Mine says “Genuine Masonite,” on the back, which is funny, because masonite is fake wood.
I don't do scrapbooking, but I sew and quilt and make junk journals, so I have loads of supplies. I just moved to a different house with a smaller craft room, so some of the supplies will have to go in the garage. At least this time my craft room won't have a bed in it! I'm going to put all my tools and glues on my cart so I can work in the dining room when no one else is around. My dining room has a huge window that looks out on a park.
