i like this song, but he is really killing it, he should drop it down a few keys,he is having a real struggle to sing it, he cant sing song in high key he is in,,good song on album,then again music studio can do wonders for your vocals
Voices tend to get a little lower over time. You aren't wrong; most artists lower the key a little, accordingly, just by 1 or 2 notes, over the years. Not a whole octave, just enough to hit the high notes without being noticeably lower. I don't think they do this, based on this performance.

I disagree with you. I just watched some live acoustic performances where he did sound a little dodgy and this sounds great
