The "vintage" popcorn maker had me rolling! That's still what I use to make popcorn because it's so much better than the microwave stuff but to go real old school the hand cranked stove top popcorn makers ( my grandma had one 🙂) are the real deal! P.S. for anyone using an air popcorn maker like the one in this video take the clear plastic top off to add your popcorn, it's way easier and no lost kernels! ☺️
I've got a Whirley-Pop Popcorn Popper! It sits on the stovetop and you crank the handle. It works great but it's kind of a pain to clean.
Microwave popcorn is linked to cancers. So yep, only do this kind or on the stove. I have done the clean paper lunch bag with high heat oil, and a bit of kernels. It doesn't make a whole lot though.
Yep, I had a brand new one in 2011 :)
Yep, I had a brand new one in 2011 :)
Never in my life. Vintage bread maker. Vintage popcorn maker. Jesus.
my mother makes yoghurt at home all the time, she uses fresh milk not store bought and she heats the milk adds it to small steel pot or bowl and adds a few spoons of yogurt to the milk and then she covers it with blankets to keep it warm. no gadgets needed
You
In our household, my mother does this in a clay dish and the yogurt is so much better when made at home!!! 😊
@@AhmedFarouk-go9hp true, you can make it as sweet or sour as you want
Indian and Pakistani households have been doing it it for ages without any gadget 😊
@@hoorkamal2095 in iraq too and probably alot of middle eastern households
“One man’s trash is another man’s treasure” such a true statement✨✨ We consume so much, but there is almost always another person out there who would love what you have!
Way more sustainable too to get things second-hand!
Stuff can always go back to the thrift store too if you thrifted it to begin with-it feels so much better to do this mentally (and financially)!!
Yep.☺️ I think it took much time to type this....
This girl was struggling with butter with waffle after having a whole museum of mysterious butter gadget 😂😂
This is such a fun video! The funnest thing is who knows what’s out there at the thrift store.
Please do a bread maker lol!
I watch vids like this while eating lunch or dinner lol. You always make everythin look good somehow
Us out here in India making curd very often: “Do people not make curd at home out there?”
No not usually.
We don't inhale yogurt as often as y'all do, using it for most recipes (I say that with love). It's more convenient for us to just buy a tub of it instead of making it .
Though it would be a lot cheaper
@@jep9092 I see that now. I do wonder though, what do you guys usually eat it with? Apart from eating it plain (some of us do that too) , that is. We have it with rice, chapatis, parathas and some other odd things.
As an Indian I can say that we also eat/ drink it as lassi (basically it's a drink made with yogurt and sugar) , rice and Indian bread/ roti (which is made from wheat flour and water then we just cook it) that is like the best meal, you should actually give it a shot!!
Yes we indeed do curd every single day,you all look like aliens to me🤪☺️
@@chandrajandhyala8525This will depend on culture and country - in general, it’s a breakfast dish or morning snack. Often, it’s eaten with fruit or granola. Occasionally, you will see it used as part of a sauce or dressing. Most people aren’t eating daily, aside from breakfast.
I’m in the USA, our cuisine is a blend of a bunch of different cultures. We use a wide variety of different cultured milks, but often not enough to make it cost effective to make a large batch at home.
In addition to yogurt, we use sour cream, cream cheese, double cream, crème fraise,
cottage cheese, ricotta, and mexican crema - just to name a few.
I love this video. Thrifting is my jam. Almost my whole house is thrifted. Please do more of these!!!!!❤
5:14 - please continue making this kind of videos, love your videos!! 💕
7:35 true, when my mother makes yoghurt if she wants it to be sour she keeps it longer but if she wants it sweet in ends quicker, the vanilla thing i dont think thats right. its actually really sensitive like nothing should fall into your mixture i think
This is so fun. Thanks for doing this!
I love ur vids!! LETS GET HER TO 1MIL 🎉🎉🎉🎉
this is just so nice to watch it's just great🥰
Guys call the FBI we found the person.
"Who is she?"
She is the one who can make everything look good
Just watched addicted to your videos 😅
That Goodwill had way more kitchen gadget options than the ones in my town does!
THE QUEEN POSTED! (Also, I love ur kidss! Their so cute😭😭)
I really enjoy watching your video!
with machine's like the waffle bowl maker, you're not supposed to give it a soap wash/rinse (and not just because of the electronics). You can clean it, but just with slightly damp paper towel and then dry to keep the non-stick coating from wearing down.
you NEED to make a part 2!
This is my first time running into your account. And you are so fun and entertaining! You seem so sweet and likable
Your videos ar the best! You ar doing great job! Thank you for you videos!
i’ve found so many amazing kitchen gadgets from the thrift store plus a lot of neat finds i got a awesome waffle maker and a popcorn machine another great video
U make me want some of this gadget right now 😂 im like watching my fren recommend stuff to me. Enjoy watching ur vid
we make yogurt by heating milk and adding a little bit of yogurt and place it in some warm place in our kitchen for 4 to 5 hours and don't need any gadget for that its a common thing here
You absolutely LOVE doing this..
Now u know where to get your gadgets and u will never run out of finding new ones now!

Enjoyed this thrifting video so much!!! Sad about the fondue! 😢
Gadget after gadget video sounds fun🤩🤩
I just fount out the name of your channel and cackled🤣 it suits you so much
Belgian here. Wait, there are waffle makers that don't turn? I am unfamiliar with this set up. Usually it just has a hinge to get the waffle iron to turn but it rests just on the table.
Can you please make more videos on CZcams cause I like a longer version of your cool shorts
Love your videos ❤
the missing cup in the machine purpose is where you put the butter and while cooking the popcorn the butter drips while cooking
I have the yogurt maker -it works great-all my appliances are from thrift stores, can't beat the prices.
I had a yogurt maker like that, it also came with couple of bigger jars. I donated it and make yogurt in the instant pot. And my son loved his breakfast sandwich maker in college
It almost turned into that episode of that’s so raven with the popcorn 😂😂
heheheheee your excitement over a popcorn machine that everyone arou d me uses for 50 years was cracking me up! your so silly & cute! new subscriber!
Your videos are super interesting
Her bracelet is so cute!
I love your videos and they always make my day!
Hope you reach million soon!❤❤
Love ur video ❤
That R2D2 coffee press!!!
I do think that usually 2nd hand stores have a station where you can check to see if electrical items work. I realize it kind of takes part of the thrill out of the experience in this format though...
What if you put in the waffle 🧇 🥣 bowl vanilla ice cream 🍦 with boba 🧋 on top 😮🤩
I would return the chocolate fountain for sure, maybe because it was in a box they didn't check it🤔
I also saw the video of that released mango ice-cream there is also a peach one
The French press may have reignited my thrifting passion
Wherever that thrift shop is , I’d spend a whole check there willingly😊
i HAVE A SIMILAR POPCORN MAKER! You need the big popcorn cernals for it tho. I also have a similar waffle maker too
I have Waffel maker that’s 2 sided and can flip I really didn’t know that was that amazing🤣
I just thrifted a lava lamp which was so cool. This makes me want to thrift more gadgets!
الفيديو ممتع شكرا علي مشاركة يومك معنا❤ تحياتي من مصر
When I was a child. We had a pop corn machine like that
I've owned a bread maker since 1995 and it still works great.
Save the worse for last 😂😂😂
I'm sold on the yogurt maker.
Those popcorn poppers been around forever.
"IT'S LIKE AN EARTHQUAKE IN MY HOUSE" 💀💀💀
The Walfer maker try a donut one hot press
I have that juicer!!
I hate that the fondue set didn't have a charger, but in the grand scheme of things, it's better for someone to just buy the charger, than to throw the entire thing away. I struggle with stuff like that so much!!!! What if someone has the other half of this and they're looking for the half I have! lol!
Oh nooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! The chocholate fountain
Wait. I never knew you need to machine to make yoghurt and popcorn. 🤷 We make it at home all the time.
Awh! No chocolate fountain ! Click bait, I'm saying , and nothing more !
It's soo funnn
I watched this whole video for that chocolate 🍫 fountain 😥😥😥
Timestamp???

I think the word you meant to say was retro because in order for something to be considered vintage it has to be at least 20 years old. I doubt Dash was around in 2003 or 2004
Hear me,make the frozen yogurt and put it in the waffle bowl
You can use that juicing machine wearing those high fidelity ear plugs you tested in Taylor Swift concert🤭
Genuine question, just wondering if you washed anything before trying them out
I wish I am as spontaneous as you but I'm a bit grumpy if there's no instructions around 😅
That egg sandwich machine is a waste of space 😂 you can do it quicker in a pan and toaster
1 hour ago you had 866K subscribers. Now you have 868K????
Also, I have that popcorn maker!
When the was liltle I thought butter popcorn akahthe yellow ones) would give me a disease
You’re supposed to flip the waffle maker as soon as you close it with the batter inside.
i def wont miss out on this 😩
I am so jeaoulus of the breakfast maker
I'm from Pakistan and we usually make curd at home without these gadgets by warming milk and adding a half spoon of curd and leave it for a few hours in a cabinet in dark with less oxygen inside
"I'm still surprised how u guys were so new to curd making"
No hate love u ❤❤❤
Oh i hate juicers they are so hard to clean
My mum would took me bck to get the missing product 😂😭👍🏼
Should've scraped the edges of the waffle bowl with lid closed BEFORE taking out. 🤷♀️
Pls tell me you washed the gadgets before using ?!?!
Do u ckean any of these b4 using
Wanna show your all gadgets??
Goodwill is ripping you off with those prices!
You don't need yogurt maker if put yogurt in varum milk and keep in fridge for 12 hours it becomes yogurt
thats not how it works lmfao
N = Neutral and L = Live
Wishes from tamilnadu
Indians have been making yogurt like that since forever! It’s the best :)
Love from India
You don't need a yogurt maker to make it at home 🤦🏼♀️
My mom does it every day ( we live in India ) and no one here mostly buys yogurt
U can do the same process with out the machine
It will happen trust me
@heyitshoneysuckle our 👑, my ick meter was off the charts at the non disinfecting off the gadgets. Girl, u put the popcorn in ur beautiful mouth. Who knows what people did with those gadgets before 🤢
You know u can make yogurt without that machine
Just saying u can make more yoghurt with out that machine
Don't use straightaway from store please wash them properly with hot water or lukewarm water
I assume she washed everything
@komerablessy1886 and @Atlasintokyo she said that she washed them all in the video and even washes the mini waffle makes on camera (21:54)
you know your just like my little cousin she 10 nd all but i feel like if she grew in maybe 10 12 years shell be just like you! she even almost looks like you
