We All Love and Miss you Dudley Moore. A Genius. You excelled at ALL of your crafts!
He had such a warm, funny, endearing and lovely personality.
he was a great actor, musician and a really nice man. he was taken way too soon and his humour is sorely missed. another nice tribute video, thank you CHL.
A musical genius and very funny too!
God bless him what a actor, he was amazing talented an so funny, R.I.P 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Part of my growing up - how I laughed (& still do) at that distinct 60s humour .
We'll ne'er see his like again.
Love him so much very talented pure genuine R.I.P. Dudley ❤❤❤
Was awarded a CBE Commander of the British Empire. He was knighted before he passed away. He braved the trip to Buckingham Palace to accept the award. It was his last public appearance.
thanks for sharing this. Listening to his piano is amazing. I had heard he was good, but never really took it seriously. Stunned and delighted today, listening. Sigh.
Dud was my hero
Yeah I loved Dudley Moore, I actually had some of his jazz piano LPs back in the day, long lost, but which had some superb tracks. Hilarious and also hip.
It's time the BbC celebrated all the Fringe stuff and political satire from that point onwards . Bless him .wonderful .
Peter Cook loved him.
Lovely tribute
Loved him as Patch in Santa Claus the Movie. RIP Patch.
Authur will forever be my favorite movie
He and his comedy partner Peter Cook hosted a first season episode of SNL in 1976. They weren't very well known in America at the time, but a couple of the sketches turned out to be classics!
I had seen the 1967 classic "Bedazzled" so when they were on SNL I was happy. Genuis.
There was a guy that lived across the hall from me that looked exactly like Dudley, I was so shy I could barely mumble hi when I’d see him.
Great ❤actor
And all that jazzzz dud,a master of the piano in all its forms.
Great entertainer and very cute and talented.
beautiful man I did not know he passed away that long ago so sad he was amazing 😢
Dudley Moore was in Santa Clause The Movie and Arthur Arthur 2 On The Rocks*** Six Weeks (TV) movie those were his biggest hits and he was popular in Bedazzled with Peter Cook and he had a sad and hard life*** He died and now nobody remembers him now*** He was also in The Muppet series too.
Dud-a-ley? HUH? Dud-ley. RIP Dudley. Thanks for the video.
Goes along with Dagen-Ham (Dag-num) and Mag da-len (Maudlin)! Hey-ho! RIP Dud!
Dudley Moore appeared on the TV show the Muppet show with the Muppets
'Dagenham', pronounced 'Dagen-hum'. 'Magdalene' is pronounced 'Maud-lin'. There's no mention of his physical disability. He was born with bilateral talepes, or club feet. He had treatment but his left foot was permanently twisted.
You beat me to it.
so none of the wives came to see him.......very nice
Dagenam, Mawdlin and Showpan. :)
Nice video of a truly gifted musical artist and actor, your pronunciation of English words needs work though
Not a mention of the Derek and Clive albums. I wonder why....😊
It was the worst job he ever had.
There are some strange repetitions in this text. Maybe it's ChatGPT or something ...
what a crap way to check out.
Do you know a good way?
"AY" household name. Not "a".
What a ridiculously unemotional, repetitive voiceover. Why would so little effort be put into a memorial for such a towering genius?
What about his children? Not at funeral or bedside. Maybe being his dad was not his best role.
those were not marriages. They were mandates
This channel is like some supermarket tabloid. Oh how these guys love the stories about Hollywood legends and their sad, sad and so tragic endings. The stories are all so predictable and pathetic. Written by folks who can't do any real commentary,.
