If we had more time, he definitely had it. The store we played at is newer to hosting OP events so the end of round / extra time procedures were not well kept by the TO. Time was called on my final extra turn (the 5 min extra time window had elapsed, was more like 8 mins..) so I finished my swing with gecko and we were forced to end there. Since I had more life and board, I was awarded the win. Since then we've spoken to the store to hopefully avoid this situation in the future. Was a really good match and the opponent played well.
