A 65-foot yacht is likely to be owner-operated. Even so -- surprise! -- there is the option of a crew berth area in the port quarter, accessed from outside the boat's living spaces. It lacks a head compartment, and I'd consider sending anyone there to be cruel and unusual punishment, but it's possible if you feel like you need it. Look at the drawing at the 6:59 mark.
