Different dishes made in Nepal in different region. But in Nepal most of the people like to have Dried mustard leaf called gundruk. Today's video's we made special gundruk and potato curry. In this video we used our self-made gundruk and potato vegetables grown in our own garden. Gundruk and potato are considered as special Nepalese food and it is probably only eaten in Nepal.
Earlier people used to eat greens by turning them into dried veg called gundruk because of lack of food.
