Marvel Legends Spider-Man Figures - Ultimate Spider-Man!!!

- Marvel Legends have produced action figures of numerous Spider-Man (spiderman spider man) villains over the years. We are going through all the Marvel Legends action figures made by Hasbro and Toy Biz in comic book order and we are up to the 2000's and figures from Ultimate Spider-Man. The Ultimate Spider-Man book helped save Marvel Comics and has been a huge inspiration for the Marvel Cinematic Universe - the MCU. Creators Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley reimagined Peter Parker and Spider-Man for a new century and created some of the best comics and then action figures ever. So enjoy some action figure goodness from Spider-Man and his amazing villains presented the Carbon Scoring way - using action figures to tell comics history!

Ultimate marvel was really my gateway into comics leading me to like the original 616 universe as well
And that was very much the point - to try to reach out to new readers with something fresh and accessable -sounds like mission accomplished in your case!

I love ultimate spider man. Born in the 90s an raise in the 2000s this was my comic Spider-Man . 90s Spider-Man an spectacular will always be my best version of the character in cartoon form but ultimate spidey was my comic definitive Spider-Man

Great video as usual. I didn't realize that a lot of the Ultimate Spidey villains were released as action figures. More to hunt down lol. Love that you used a clip from one of my favorite movies, Pride Of The Yankees, in this video.

Bendis did a great job, he showed the spider man as a completely alive person.
I really like Ultimate Spider-man and I like even more that much more time is devoted not to the spider-man himself, but to the one who wears the suit, that is, Peter Parker, yes, he is a teenager with all the consequences, but he is alive, he fails and often quite adequately reasons, his entourage empathizes.
If Bendis hadn't killed Gwen Stacy it would have been even better
But my attitude towards Bendis is twofold: on the one hand, I respect him and shake his hand on the other side, I want to break his hand and spit in his face for what he did in 2011 and after, especially for the 200th anniversary issue.. I won’t forgive
He gave birth to the Ultimate universe, and he also destroyed it
It’s a pity that there are very few Ultimate Spidey figures, I would be very happy to collect figures of all the important characters: Harry and Norman Osborn, Gwen and John Stacy, Aunt May and Ben, Mary Jane, Eddie Brock (and his Venom version) and a bunch of other cool ones characters other than Morales and his friend

The ultimate spidey from marvel legends is based of the ultimate cartoon. You can tell due to the lack of red on the arms were in the comics the red is there
Ultimate goblin was definitely lack luster

Love ultimate Spider-Man
I used to love Ultimate Spider-Man, but Ultimatum really ruined it for me sadly. I haven't read much since.
Yep. I had and entire section mapped out discussing the ending of the Ultimate Universe, but it didn't really fit with the tone of the rest of this video. If y'all are interested in how it all spectacularly fell apart, let me know and I'll make a video on that

What was wrong with ultimatum?
The only thing that I absolutely do not like is how they killed off daredevil but I only read the spiderman parts to the ultimatum not the others.

The ultimate collections trades of this series are so hard to track down. I’m trying to get ultimate collection 5. I live in Australia.
Really? While I am somebody that always prefers a physical copy of the book I am reading, you might want to consider a subscription to Marvel Unlimited. I use the digital service to help with images from the comics I use for these videos, but I have found I actually do like reading the comics like that as well.
@@CarbonScoringyeah I’m much like you, I do prefer the physical copy of the book and I’m trying to collect all of the ultimate collections for Ultimate spider-man.
I do love the mobility of marvel unlimited though, it’s great for on the go reading. Plus it’s great having access to like every marvel comic ever haha.

Oh, wow! That is cool! I have to ask, where did you get it? Was it at a comic specialty store or did the Ultimate line serve it's purpose by being distributed in different places to find new readers?

hey just wanted to tell you that they finally released a new ultimate black costume spider-man the only problem is that it comes in a big pack of figures so it’s probably gonna be expensive as hell
