Finishing the race seems to be the best way to succeed! Only two racers finished every race, and they’re both advancing!
Because of that I think big air bonus should be as important as finishing the race. BigAirBonus(BAB) needs to get buffed in my opinion.

@N13J it's a simple concept: diecast cars racing each other. This is what we imagined as kids but didn't have the set up or technology to execute it. 3dbotMaker executes this concept flawlessly ✨️
@@Jay-jb2vrWell I made a track with paper and it works well. Its not that wide too. I appreciate 3d and 2d because they inspired me to make my own track. I have been watching them since the fall of 2020.
That last race by Cosmo Carter was one of the greatest performances I have ever seen! Truly epic!

The racing, the tracks, the camera work, everything on this channel is above and beyond anything else of its kind, and a lot of stuff that isn't even the same genre. What an amazingly fun trip it's been watching this channel grow.
These make this channel superior and it's hard for me to maintain interest in others. Even when they introduce a '2nd personality', it's banal and even disintereseting. sigh...

I agree. I have seen other channels that are putting out a good quality product, but absolutely nothing, especially in the diecast racing genre, can touch what is being done here. And this new format I was a little worried about, but it's amazing. My only complaint is the track is a little bit too short. Lol! But that first turn the way the camera is tracking it, it looks as good as anything you see in NASCAR or Formula One or any other "real racing". And yes, this is as real as it gets. I can't tell you how many times I've screamed at my phone "pass him now, pass him now!!".
@@timcarter1164 I can't complain about (or to) the other channels - they're doing the best they can... I like some of the tracks but I know the entertainment factor of these two "narrators" are The Key Element. The ongoing 'threats' of waivers vs. non-'s, plus the occasional soap-opera-drama-mysteries have me considering all of these topics.
This series is confusing my brain so much! Other races clearly show the hill they are coming down on but here it looks like flat ground. Awesome work!

Carter might not gambled on big air, but he sure knows his car (at most part).
In the last race, he knew he wouldn't be able to cross on his own. So he purposedly blocked jumpman to boost. And don't forget the double block at the start
Make both jumps as wide as the track and move the last jump forward so the Big Air Bonus line = finish line.
Any car passing the finish line while in the air (or hitting the tarmac after the finish line) gets the BA bonus.
Then there is only a single line to watch anymore and we can concentrate on the race (or simply enjoy ist) until the finish.
Hoping we get a behind the scenes production video that shows off how all the amazing camera work is done for this series! 😀

Best way to start my morning. @3D small suggestion. Love the big jump line / scoring but think the line itself could use a little more color pop for the viewers at home to judge real time.

Is it just me or am I the only one wishing 2D had an opportunity to hit the FATALITY button?
I'm thinking "The ability to leap over cars also means to fail in those leaps." ahem. I join others who want the bleachers up-close-and-personal. That first race's out-of-bounds flight gives me hopes but I don't see how bleacher bums can be interested if they're so far away from the track. Remove fences - install bleachers as barriers.
Suggestion: Widen the ramp. Good commentary and EXCELLENT camera-work.
I totally agree, the ramps need to be track-wide to make for a fair race. As it is now, winners are random with no relation to the actual car.
They do full width ramps in the DRC, this is supposed to be different.

To be honest guys a tighter track around the jumps would be better! Or make the jumps the width of the track? Love your work!
Totally agree, making the jumps track-wide would take away the randomness that bugs me a little more each race.

Yes, red EF Civic! I used to have a red 1.6i-VT EE9 (they were EE rather than EF in the UK), really regret selling it now.

Man that was a great race! Great looking cars too! I was hoping the blue Subaru had taken the race, but I think this race is anybody’s at this point! Very unpredictable! I do like the VW scirocco too though!
that was definitely a deliberate takeout attempt by Cosmo Carter on Ryan Hatchling in the last race! very unsportsmanlike!
I'm split about this series. I love it as a channel content and all, but the way this racing course is designed S.S.R will lack the most important element of 3dbotmaker racing and that's FATALITY! Someone would've to big jump at the right angle and over the fence. I doubt it will happen (jinxed?).
