Sir, I just want to say thank you for showing how to get the wire into the handlebar. We have literally been trying to figure it out how to fit the wire without damaging it. No one else’s unboxing video helped. Thank you so much.

The S2 light had a better break now. Just got one for my son and its not a cheap feeling at all it feels really nice.
This video explained so much, even the little things which I like, where the bolts go and the wires, some people just push those wires in from the top, this was a well done video 👏

Josh, you were like a big kid opening your new toy lol. When you mentioned the hook I thought that it was there to hang my bag lol. Hope you and Christian have lots of fun on your scooters.
I mean you could hang your purse there lol 😂. As soon as my spine is good to go I’ll take a lot more rides with the boy.
Both of these are the same price right now. I feel like the lite version should be $100 cheaper. I really want the S2 but I really want pink. Such a bummer the S2 doesn't offer fun colors.
Thanks for the review. I just purchased the S2 Pro for my 12yr old son. It definitely is for adults and it’s a little too much for him. I went back and purchased the S2 Lite that will be a better fit for him. I love the build quality of these and I’m okay with the tires. I don’t want the hassle of worrying about flats. I hope you guys continue to enjoy them!
Glad your enjoying France 😊 we love ours and we take them to cruise the city along Tampa tons of free space to play. The pro is quick I love mine wife likes the s2 lite even for her.

Hi there! Looking at purchasing an S2, how has it held up? Any issues with it? Is it fun? Also, is this the regular S2 model or the S2 Pro? Thank you for your time!
Hey Ethan it’s the S2 Pro and it’s holding strong 😊. No issues with it but I have read some people have had issues with a coding every once in awhile and a code is thrown on the display. I really enjoy the scooter. For the warranty you have 30 days to ship back once it arrives. So far I enjoy it man 👍

It's extremely nice, only thing I regret is solid tires on patchy rough roads is tough, it's scary going full speed on even small bumps or rocks around. I also want something faster already lol
Lol I know what you mean and the speed when you get up to speed doesn’t seem that fast until you swerve 😂.
@@underwaterfirefighter There is 2 bolts with the dual shocks under the scooter with a small gap you can use a 14mm wrench to loosen it, it helps a lot. Factory set it's extremely stiff suspension

@@underwaterfirefighter I was confused at first when someone told me, it's not on the sides it's directly under you'll see 2 silver bolts with the shocks. Like I said 14mm is the size needed to loosen them
Could you please provide the dimensions for this? My 6 year old is on the smaller side. I would like to make sure the handle bar is not to tall for him. I could not find the info on Hiboy's website. Thank you!
Hey Rebecca hope you're doing well and here are the dimensions: S2 Lite Scooter From the actual flat board it self to the handle bars is 34.5inches.

The black scooter is mine and goes about 18mph
the little white one is my sons it's an S2 Lite (34.5inches to handle from deck as mentioned. Awesome little scooter.
If you go to my wife's CZcams (Traveling Family of Five) she has a brand new scooter we just opened and I reviewed on her channel. It's fun but I always recommend the "S2 Lite" my son got his when he was 6yrs old and he's on the smaller side as well :-). It does go fast though.

How is the s2 lite holding up? thinking of getting one for my daughter for Christmas
Hey Jay :-). The S2 lite is holding up great. My son has wrecked it or grounded the sides probably about 8 times now and it's holding up. He's really rough on his stuff and usually breaks things but this thing is just roughed up on the edges but lights and everything function just like out of the box. (Keep in mind he rides it about 1-2 times a week now and the battery has held pretty good/better than my regular Adult S2 hiboy which the battery gets ate up alot faster. First three months he rode it every day almost.
Got a second opinion as well: talked to my wife just now to see if she noticed any issues and she says no problems. (knocking on wood). :-)
Always check with Amazon and hiboy.com to see which is cheaper at the moment.

I have the new S2 Pro whitch goes 20. Witch can actually go to about 25.
It's quick I was amazed how fast these little guys go. I have been looking at the new scooters and might have to pick one up :-)

We went directly to hiboy for ours. They say how long it’s taking to ship out?
So if iam 180lbs i can use it correct, also could i use it on grass or not really? Can i use it on the rain?
Yes 180 is fine. Grass not really but we used it on short grass for fun. As for rain we haven’t taken through any puddles but the unit it self is great for keeping the electronics dry.
Puddles will most likely cause issues.

@futbol1972 it can but man that’s a big risk. The tires have just a slight texture pattern. It will become very unstable. But it will work my son has driven it on wet roads and through wet grass. He just goes very slow until the rubber is warm.
I wouldn’t recommend it.

S2 Lite does not have an app Mathew. It is just a charge a play type system. The S2 Pro is the one with the App.

How long did it take to ship from Hiboy?
Hey Fooster it took three-four weeks when I got my sons and mine. But, my friends took a month and half due to shipping issues.
Are you going to use it to travel to work now that fuel costs are going up and pretty rare at the moment 😂
No sir the fuel crazy people chilled out. Where we live isn’t too bad people are crazy bad. Just your typical panicked people first up

Is the hiboy s2 safe?
Hey Ollie the S2 Lite is the safer of the options mine goes about 18mph (Hiboy S2). S2 Lite is meant for 16-55year olds and goes 12-13mph which is plenty fast. I love both of them the only thing is the handles are a good 4-5inches taller on the Hiboy S2. I recommend the S2 Lite though :-).
