Lets fill up our helicopter oil cargo tank with oil and then travel out to the refinery to sell the oil.

Build a refinery ship that buys oil and turns it into jetfuel because oil buys at 0.5$ and jetfuel sells at 6$ and if you make your refinery on a ship you can buy the oil and on the way to sell the jetfuel refine it.
You can also refine diesel so you never have to worry about diesel on your ship

I'd probably recommend the be-200. While it isnt a cargo plane, nor a refueling plane, it is a jet that is capable of landing on water. It also does carry liquids (since now it mainly serves as a firefighting plane)

I’d like to see you fill up the tanker and sell it, curious if it will float fully loaded. but for the next build I like the idea of the huge refinery ship.

I would say Make a sea plane but here's the twist. make it small so it can get into the dock at the refinery, but big enough to fly and transport fluids. it should be a duel turboprop seaplane. Maybe something like the twin otter with them floaties. Or maybe an older aircraft with a belly for a boat still with its floaties on the side of it for balance and extra buoyancy. But this is my idea! Loving your series! I think of many starting one of my own. What would you recommend? Oil, Ores, Fuel?

Frantic you can just remove the tail rotor because the coaxial rotor ontop of the other one already does the same job as the tail rotor

For an Oil Cargo Seaplane, I'd propose this: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blohm_%26_Voss_BV_222
It's big, has a lot of cargo capacity, can land in water and can transport cargo along with oil at the same time.
The only problem I could think it has is that it's probably a lot expensive and will have problems with the engines (I'd suggest basic diesel engines instead of modular ones)

It's not a fueling plane but I believe there was firefighting versions of things like the pby Catalina flying boats. So they had big old tanks them and they're flying boats so they float
