On May 20th I received the news that my father passed away unexpectedly. and late in the evening I happened upon your song and I played it all night and cried my heart out. Or the next morning I knew that I had to accompany him on the journey and not hate him for it!!!! I LOVE YOU FOR THAT!!!!

@@sebastianzax-gadara4958 and I think weakest point of zeit is absolutely Richard. Rhythm guitar was on point but Richard did a terrible job on this album compared to others
Such a great song and such a great show. I was there and almost cried when everybody started waving their hands after Richard did. I hope they don't quit touring tho

I never heard this song before but I wanted to cry when they played it last night. It was so beautiful. The fact that it was the last song made it that much more special.

Saw them in San Antonio last night and wanted to punch everyone with a cellphone obscuring my line of sight. Cellphones have destroyed live music. Wish I could have been here.

The meaning of the song is much deeper than that but of course you can interpret it in many ways (which is Rammstein's speciality)
i don’t think that the change in the lyrics means much they often change them a tiny bit while preforming live but i really hope this isnt the last one, thankfully i saw them on thursday in klagenfurt

@@vortiger9649 I dont think that this is their "goodbye". I think that after this tour planning will begin on their farewell world tour. A tour which will feature hit songs from all 8 of their albums and a stage show the likes of which even Rammstein have never seen. Its going to be unbelievably epic and sad.
