No hate, but how is a super dusky person being portrayed as an Indian a bad thing? I understand we have diversity but it’s sorta a nice thing that dusky person gets the role in Hollywood because you definitely don’t see dusky actors getting main character roles in south or North Indian film industry.

i totally agree to the point yall mentioned abiut how people in abroad feel or think about indians! i was in phuket with my friend and had met two boys from germany, they were shocked to know that we can speak very well and when we told them one is an engineer and one is a CA, they were so amazed because they think of us as illiterates and assume we are just poor :)
Yall should definitely explore India more, because thats something i came to realise after my first international trip
It would be fun to see clips of that front camera podcast and some pictures of the places as you talk about it

I soooo agreee with Radhika about having stereotypical Indian representation in western part. Living in California that has always bothered me where people would be assuming that my parents are extremely strict and I am superrr nerdy!!!!
