Live Animal Traps Review!

Our personal review of 6 different live animal traps: Proline, Safeguard, Tomahawk, Havahart, and Duke manufacturers. Which traps have been most effective for us when put to the test! This is NOT a paid review!

The Duke 1112 doesn’t have the door in back. Z traps has a door like that with the rings for locking but they are a little bigger. Z trap has a rod the animal walks past and trips the the trigger

Thanks for posting. What live trap for rats do you think we should buy?

We don’t usually deal with trapping rats, however, we do have fun shooting them with our pcp’s while conducting roost culling operations 😊. A few of our pest control partners that specialize in rodent control has mentioned to us that many companies are using the A24 Rat/Mouse trap. There are other newer electronic traps that are receiving high reviews as well. Working the the trap with strategic placement as well as bait selection is a key factor to the success of effective rodent control. Hope that helps!
