  • This is the final step to setting up your new machine.
    Using a ruler and the two front dials of the holder, adjust the hieght of the left side of the bracket to match the height of the right. Next using a square and the back center dial, adjust the tilt to 90 degrees. Finally, clamp a skate in the holder and by adjusting all 3 dials equally adjust the overall blade height to the crown of the wheel. Align labels to zero.

    Do I need to change the height of the skateholder for different brand of skates (Eg. Bauer vs. CCm) since the width of the blade is different?

      If your blade thickness varies you will have t o adjust all three dials the same about to either go up or down to find the center of the radius.
