Once I sold it the store despawned.
But the items were still left,including my mop.
I could take the items and bring them with me.

What about da door, i mean you could find parts for the car but the van is ideally superior but it's parts doesnt spawn in any structure except the house which is unfortunate

For the gas swapping: You actually can Move Your Jerry can Over the red line and THEN swap it there. then simpyl walk away with the loot.

Tip: You can actually bring your own jerry can inside the store and steal the liquid there since it works and is less risky, i learnt that myself and this glitch might not be fixed but if it is it will increase lag. (When i say inside i mean past the red line)

Glad someone finally showed both of the methods :D
First way: Plank straight put it through the border attached to your car.
Step 1: Put all items onto it, do not put canisters / explosives!
Step: 2 Hurry out, vehicle cannot be damaged or you may die!
Second way: This way you can collect canisters.
Step 1: Have an empty canister up to 8 Liters max.
Step 2: Open the canister (do not spill) and put the unpurchased fluid in, do not mix it.
Step 3: Put it on your truck in a safe area so the LMG turrets will not explode it, not damaging your car.
(Edit): Oh and then I saw him doing the second trick and I haven't even seen it lol...

sometimes the gas wont explode if you hide it under things but sometimes it will explode
you can pick up anything, its just luck if something falls
Here’s my method: get something with a big area like the outhouse door, pick one of the store items up and put it on the ground. Then you use the outhouse door to push the item outside of the shop and out of reach of the guns. You can now pick up the item safely and even sell it back
I use something long for method one because the plank got removed and one at the attic, I can’t pick it up. The only mistake I did was I used the long object in front of the car
Just use other metal sheets or shields to protect the van from oncoming damage

You can do gas swap inside the shop, no need to have the empty gas can at the entrance

i found a new way which is to gather a iron roof plate (not rusty) then put it at shop sell and then pull the lever the shop will disappear but item stay so you can easily gather all (i got this from my last game not sure 100% work)

My friend died to shop and the guns kept shooting at his body. Then I waited until the guns were reloading then I stole stuff while they were shooting the body. It’s not really a reliable method but I’ve never seen anyone do it
