Hi Daniel. One of the most important benefits of a newsletter is that we can send out to all our customers. This is very common practice , although I am told that the newsletter can only be sent to people in my organisation. So Microsoft is Not Paying to how we ‘humans’ and not IT guys think ! Will they ever understand how ‘common users’ actually use this tools for ?????
If you are using SharePoint then yes Internal Communications. That is a different audience and content most often to that of external communications to customers
