Congrats on purchasing a home in Cypress! The commute from Cypress to the Med Center is going to be at least 42 minutes on a good day. During rush hour or rain, that will likely run an hour plus. As far as parking goes, it can be expensive. Have you asked your employer about employee parking pricing? Best wishes with your move!
