Bigirwa, you have a point! Just pack it well. But also, there is a lot of Ignorance in Eastern region due to illiteracy. Mobilize resources to massively go to the ground and talk to them physically. Social media is fine, but the best is to do "Kakuyege" physically.
I think his plans and views should be about Eastern revolution platform not NUP anymore but to my surprise his focus is about NUP,Bigirwa plz focus on yr ERP
