@@user-pd9ju5dk5s you can't turn foot on every kick and to keep your heal posted at pad holder takes great hip flexibility ,speKing from experience I've always got foot turned and stable after fist kick however everyone is different sometimes due to injuries such as sciatica which is debilitating.

@@jallopail2721 first , kicks not punches. second , yes throwing full power kicks is not the point of this drill , these are ladder kicks , they're not supposed to be thrown full power. third , am guessing you didn't get the point of my comment , obviously he could kick much harder than that , but saying "zero power" is plain wrong as these kicks absolutely have some power in them even though it's not as much as a proper round kick with pivoting and hip rotation , it's just physics force = mass × acceleration .
