i like the concept but it might be more efficient with a back drag 16' wide bring the snow out in one swoop, and then the tractor on the street waiting to clean up the mess while the pickup moves on to the next one. or just going full inverted, haha that sounds funny.
Ever consider using an inverted snowblower on your tractor? It would probably be more efficient and cost you less since you wouldn't need the snow back dragging device on the front of the tractor.

not if you have large drifts! or lots of snow inverted blower are not great for large storms
