They are all marvelous! They're quick, precise and staccato, but they show more soft and slow rhythms than nowadays I feel. I totally dig this "older" style. To me the movements seem more compact, as the ladies stretch their heads diagonally but don't tilt them back as far as many ladies do today.

They are all so so good but had this had the inclusion of Pino Bosco and Gozzoli instead of Shingler, selmi and Howson now that would be closer to the best tango battle ever. For my money anyway. Oh! I just realised that would make it an all italian field. Oh well so be it I'm not changing my call.

For me personally, Christopher and Hazel did better Tango than the Shinglers. (I prefer all Italian couples here, though.)
