Is this Optimum Build? Seeing conflicting builds. Im seeing some people use Seraphim Cornet build with 120int. Is using Sanctus/Mikoshi more damage than Vassalage/Little Garden/Battle Aura Mant? I used Messmerist to reset my stats. I have all the combos. Only thing I don't have is Ifrit Card.

It just depends on your preference.
Seraphim Coronet VS Little Garden - Seraphim would do slightly more damage at the moment. I use Little Garden as I prepare my stat for future 4th-class skill update since some Inquisitor skills will be able to deal critical damage.
Mikoshi & Sanctus - Good set if you need cast delay and aspd.
Battle Aura & Vassalage - Deal higher damage than Mikoshi and Sanctus, provided that you have Ifrit Card. It also gives you more perfect hit. The downside is you need MVP cards like Ifrit or KD.

Cooldown reduction already exceeds 10 sec. so Sanctus is not necessary unless you use other garment instead of Battle Aura, such as Mikoshi.
