I've never seen a clam cleaned like that. Usually you cut off the neck and keep the boot attached, slice the boot open and scrape the guts out. FYI, if you set up two stations where one person takes the clam out of the shell, cut the neck off and the boot open, and have the other person scrape the guts out and clean the sand off, you can get through a lot of clams. Also, try using scissors for the first station, you'll be surprised at how fast the process will go.

Lol. This videos was one of our firsts and the camera had the mic pick up on the bottom, it picked up everything.
Since then we’ve learned to be nose breathers instead of mouth breathers. Lol. We also got a shotgun mic. Thanks for watching.

His and Hers VLOGS Okay, thank for the explanation. I was not trying to down your video with any negativity. I did enjoy it very much because it’s the only way I can experience things in this world that I do not have access to. Thank you once again 👍🏽💯%

People say not to blanch them but I’ve done it a million times and tried it without blanching and there’s no difference. People say if you blanch them it par-cooks them and makes em tough but I don’t think that’s true. I just cook clams for a bunch of people and they all thought they were amazing and I cleaned them by blanching them first.
