That’s some crazy ROM with the leg press! Great points about “recovery”
Give it a go knees to your chest using moderate weight and pause at the bottom 👌🏽
Once Storm mentioned it’s easier on your back compared to traditional squats I’m convinced!
We’ve noticed we can recover a bit faster using the belt squat compared to heavy back squats.

Bro, your squat ROM is impressive!
I train glutes probably 3x week but I may need to alter the weight now.
I will be using the belt squat more!

It is! I try to commit 10-12 reps it’s very challenging 😥
That’s my problem I’m not pausing when using the lying or seated leg curl.
I’ve never seen someone perform Bulgarian squats at that pace 😩
