The first time I ever saw beautiful light up Lagos from an airplane. It used to be black everytime.
That's true. I remember back in the 80s and 90s, Lagos was the only city that would be almost completely dark at night when a plane was landing. Over the years, I noticed a gradual change, and now, it looks like any other city from the sky.
