    I think shoulder ruffles are juvenile or uniform-esque, I don't know why but that's the feel of it. Definitely without is preferred.

    How would you say the fit is for the size you measure to be? Sometimes we size down, but sometimes not. What did you do in this instance? It looks beautiful!

      I wrote about the fit here. www.minerva.com/posts/1036663 I would pick the size based on the should yoke pattern piece and make a muslin of the yoke front and back pieces. In my opinion, the hip width of the shirt should be wider, so I would add width at the hips.

    I like it but it looks hard
