hey, i do my cracked corn the same way- the dryer trick is genius!!!!!
@Justice Pappas i prefer not to.. better to use a dryer, then second best is a tarp/plastic and fan.. antimicrobial bags are always an option but it takes too long, and usually degrades.. with anti microbial bags (pillow cases etc), i feel like you might get it to work, but its really not an effecient idea, even if it turns outto be effective..

This is informative, however, I have tried this and it hasn't worked for me for once . Contamination seems to be the major problem ( both in bottles and polyethylene bags) . I don't know if there is another step not shown here. You could enlighten me more.

How many times you can do gain transfers or after purchased LC-syringe used to Grain? Also I want to ask: I soaked Corn grains 12-24 Hours and simmered on low heat 2-4 hours but there is no moisture in Jars after I loaded them? Should there be a little moisture for mycelium to colonize better? One more question is how many days my Inoculated LC Water need to colonize to be ready for use?
If I can get answers to my questions it will be very awesome and helpful :)

There should be no water in the jars, just the infested grains, to much moisture will prevent the mycelium to grow. For your inoculated suspension, it depends on your mushroom typ, let me say it so, you will see it, just be patient :D
