I cannot find anything called Discovery Ideas on the Helper Resources page that you talk about at about minute 33 above. It sounds really useful. I've tried to search in Help for some of the phrases on the image of these Discovery Idea Hints, but there is nothing. Who writes the index for Help? Or the questions that articles are designed to help with. They need someone like me with ADHD to suggest further ways to indicate where each help article is. Especially new vocabulary should ALWAYS have an entry in Help, with a link to show how to get there. Again, the articles are really informative in Help, but I can't find the relevant one when I need it. Not sure who to pass that on to in Provide Feedback. I never hear a word back if I do provide feedback, so why bother?

Marilyn - Thank you for the comments. 1) When you go to Helper Resources click on any person listed there that you are helping OR click on your own name over on the right where it has your name and My Planner under it. This will get you into the planner. When the planner opens up you will see Discovery Ideas at the top of the list in the left column and in fact it should be opened to the Discovery Ideas for the person you a on. 2) The Help Center articles - welcome to our collective pet peeve. First off who writes them? For the most part employees or long time missionaries with expertese in the subject. The big problem is that we need to kind of know the lingo (language) that used by the programmers as those key words are not always the same as the slang we use when talking about the site. Youi can put comments in feedback and they DO get read though rarely are they replied to. To pull up a relevant article you often have to know the exact phrases used in it - which you don't know because you haven't seen it.
One hint: I use google to search for the articles - I can find them easier there. The only drawback is I won't see the LDS only parts of the articles.
      Hope this helps.
