I have the T3, and thought I'd try the Dyson supersonic. The Dyson leaves my curly hair frizzy, without as good of a curl pattern (I use the diffuser), and it doesn't cut the blow dry time at all. I'm going to return it, and get a Curlsmith dryer to see if I like that one better. So far, it is the T3 for the win.
I LOVE t3 dryers! Have been using them over 20 years. I have that one and the travel size. Travel size is just as effective.
I just ordered the new AireBrush oval dryer and am excited to get it!
I’ve read some of the reviews. My dryers last about 8-10 years each with daily use. They also have a 4 year warranty, t3 replaces your product.

The Babyliss hair dryer with an Italian motor has lasted me around 17 yrs . and still going strong.

Which one?
I have a T3 featherweight that I purchased four and a half years ago. I have hair past my waist and fairly thick. While I was using it Friday night I could hear one of the motors basically go out then I could smell a burnt smell so I shut it off. I’m now scrambling to find another one at a decent price. 😮 I have a membership to both big warehouse clubs near me and I’ve seen this one at both but it is not pulling up in their web search. 😢
Not sure if they’re sold out and just not getting anymore. I don’t want to pay several hundred dollars for a new one.
T3s always break down, they have no lasting power, they only last 2 years usually. I swore I would never by a T3 again because two of them didn't last but when I saw the Costco price and needed a new hairdryer . . . This T3 model doesn't blow hard enough, I don't like it but my hubby with thin and very little hair does like it. I'll search for another for myself. T3 used to be the rage but there are other brands these days.

I’m so torn. If you could choose only between the air wrap or supersonic, which would you choose? I have straighteners and curlers. Hairs not too thin or thick but it’s wavy and can get frizzy with blow dryers. I usually let me hair air dry and style but I really want volume at the root. Also less damage is a plus because I just stopped shedding after 3 years. Which one of them would you choose if you could only pick one?
Probably the airwrap. It’s very versatile and has a blow dry attachment
DYSON always gets hot and it doesn’t want to work anymore 😭😭

I don’t think it’s as strong
It wont be as strong as a pro version, but it’s pretty strong for at home use
