Puri for some time. It is worth noting that many of the insights and perspectives articulated by S. Jaishankar, which often gain international attention, have previously been expressed by Hardeep S. Puri in various forums.
Biofuels sector shoud be handled carefully as there is chance of soil degradation which is difficult to reverse. Reliance is trying to make biofuel from seaweeds which doesnt put pressure on agricultural lands

I'm living in an under development smart City, it is not a green field, and i can see the changes, In the last 2 years i have seen Major changes.
Zuzana the Smart city idea is a good one, this concept is evolving as we go along developing our cities. We're far from it right now. We have problems with Zero Day for water in several of our cities and some of them are smart cities.

in first type of smart cities are to modernization of traditional services like easy access of health & education, drinkable tap water, piped gas connection, good connectivity, internet, 24 hours electricity, waste management, modern infrastructures like road, bridges, housing, greenfield, public transportation and solution of local issues like over trafficking, over crowding, sanitation and many more things through data analysis and use of technologies and connect all of them to digital infrastructure
second type is to develop inhabited or plain periphery areas of current cities into modern, smart, sustainable and green cities to mitigate the future problems of over urbanization
though smart cities it's a policy in itself still it's a product of many policies initiated and contributed by central government, sate govt., and urban local authorities ... smart city is a recipe made out of different ingredients
the city in which i live is currently in transformation and developmental stage of smart city and it's progress is unprecedented.
