Nanti Uganda, everyone is in survival mode these days. It's difficult to find honesty anymore. In my experience customer service is poor and there is a general lack of good business acumen so when you told them that you are a regular or that their brand would take a hit if you made a video, most likely that went over their heads. Such people don't care. It's just greed and impunity. The money they stole was probably not even registered in the books but was pocketed. And you not the only person that they have done this to. Sorry for your experience, they don't deserve your patronage. Uganda olemwa!
