I have the jbl xtreme 3 and now the xtreme 4 and the xb41 and the xb43 theres absolutely 100% no comparison the jbl exceeds the win by a long shot and the jbl xtreme 4 is the most incredible portable speaker out, and to be honest I prefer the sound on the xb41 over the xb43 when it comes to sony.

Nah, Xtreme 3 with Other eq is a lot more viable to optimise, because of its higher wattage( more bass more loud) and clearer sound, so you can eq it more

This Xb43 is the one that comes close to the xtreme3, yet again, it is still a bit muffled compared to the xtreme3.. sony has this warm type of sound while jbl has this brighter type of sound. Ive always preferred sonys BT speaker sound. That jbl is not balanced. It's too bright. You can only take so much of that
